This is a fall-out from the keys-by-hash change long ago: If no 
alternative author is given, then the WorkspaceCommitter will just 
set the key has as author name instead of the given name of the key. 
This is obviously wrong and might require better engineering of the 
various get*KeyMap() methods in MonotoneUtil.
