After doing 'mtn conflicts store', doing 'mtn conflicts 
resolve_first' or 'mtn conflicts resolve_first foo' results in:

mtn: fatal: std::out_of_range: cmd_conflicts.cc:366: index '0' = 0 
overflowed vector 'args' with size 0

After reading the conflicts docs on the website, I guess those 
commands are not valid syntax... but it isn't apparent in the 
builtin help.
