Issue 57: Make output of mtn revert FOO more verbose

Reported by Thomas Keller, Dec 6, 2006

(This entry was imported from the savannah tracker, original
location: https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/index.php?18473)

When mtn revert FOO reverts attribute changes, adds, drops or
renames (basically everything beside content changes), no output is
visible. This is especially true if `mtn revert .` is triggered (or
with any other wildcard). Of course this is just UI polishing since
mtn diff FOO will reveal everything what is reverted, still it might
be good to tell the user again what he actually just reverted when
the action happened.

Actually not fixed - misread my own description :(

Anything beside pure content reverts are not echoed.
