Issue 116: Icon For File Type Column Is Too Narrow For Icon Image

Depends on the current theme. Works fine for RHAS 4.2 but there is 
an issue under Debian Lenny Gnome CoolLooks theme.

Need to dynamically resize the column dependent on the size of the 
icon.

Also sort out the resetting of treeviews when reusing windows.
