Issue 215: Odd Behaviour With Duplicate Tags

Selected tagged mode, select a duplicate tag, select a revision by 
it's id from the dialog that appears and then when it is displayed 
in the browser the revision id field is blanked last of all.

The update handler is being called un an unlocked state and so the 
tick box callback can blank out the list.
