Issue 78: add --move-conflicting-paths to revert

Reported by Stephen Leake, May 11, 2010

(This entry was imported from the savannah tracker, original
location: https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/index.php?29849)

'revert --move-conflicting-paths' would be the same as current
'revert' for files that were deleted from the workspace. But for
files that are still present, and different from the base revision
version, would be preserved in _MTN/resolutions, as for 'update
--move-conflicting-paths'. That way, the user can restore the
changes if desired.
