Need to document:
1) The new selectors introduced in Monotone 0.99.1.
2) The new restrict to branch combobox on a history viewer window.
3) Update the screen shots for at least 2.
4) Update the screen shots to use the Cool Looks theme on Debian 
(looks less out of date).
