Issue 73: Missing Documentation For Extra mtn automate content_diff Options

Reported by Unknown User, Sep 14, 2008

(This entry was imported from the savannah tracker, original
location: https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/index.php?24258)

Need to document the following in the HTML/PDF documentation:

--depth <arg> limit the number of levels of
directories to descend
--exclude <arg> leave out anything described by its
argument
--revision [ -r ] <arg> select revision id for operation

Cheers,

Tony.

--exclude is also not documented for the *mtn commit* command and
others. An overview for all parameters would be fine.

Comment 2 by Unknown User, Dec 30, 2008

The current documentation file is to big with about 600 kByte. I
propose to put at least all *mtn automate* documentation in a
specific file. Also the discussion about the hash based security of
the system itself is not worth to be part of the main docs. This
counts even for the part dealing with the mark-merge alogrithm.
